Terms & Conditions

1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death which may be caused by the default of the management or staff of the supplier companies.
2. We reserve the right to change Hotels/accommodations within similar category provided rooms are not available at the mentioned hotel. In some remote places, Tents will be arranged to provide accommodation in lieu of hotel rooms.
3. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, and losses due to theft or any other reason. So tourists are requested to get insurance cover in their home country prior to commencement of the tour.
4. We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in program or expenses incurred due to flight cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, law and order etc.
5. Every effort will be made to maintain the itineraries, in view of local strikes, landslide etc., which are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes and any additional cost, will be borne by the guests directly.
6. Credit Cards / Traveller’s cheque are not freely accepted.
7. All prices will be in INR (Indian National Rupee).

Payments & Cancellation

Booking & Payment:

Booking is done against payment of 50% of the total tour cost. For booking, kindly confirm your tour with your entire requirement by sending a mail. After intimating you the availability of the accommodations and other arrangement, deposit 50% of the required amount by bank transfer. The balance amount should be cleared at least 7 days before commencement of the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

After the receipt of advance payments, if the tour is cancelled for the reasons attributable to the inconveniences of the tourists, payments will be refunded to the extent as follows: • 7 days or less before the tour commencement date: No refund • 7 days to 30 days: 25% of the paid amount • 31 days to 60 days: 50% of the paid amount • 61 days to 90 days: 75% of the paid amount
